Once GuardEX accepts the assignment, we organize the contacts, instructions, reporting, equipment, and relief plan before the first shift whenever timing allows.
The post is shaped by how the property works: its entrances, parking, deliveries, visitor flow, restricted areas, operating hours, prior concerns, and escalation contacts. GuardEX uses those details to set duties, patrol routes, communication, and reporting.
